How do we indicate that the house is sold?

The house is now sold...in less than 60 days!
There is no need to continue showing it as for sale.
Please advise.

I can see one property on your favorite homes and it is not posted for sale on the site. I would like to know if you are referring to that house.

Congratulations on your sale!  You must have done everything right.

To remove it from "for sale", open it through "my Zillow" and then when you get towards the sales price use "cancel"  That will lead you to "sold" or "removed from market".  (Then do the next owner a favor and release ownership).

If you didn't put it up and the agent put it up, then they must remove it from their listing feed.
