A Comparative Market Analysis from a local Realtor is best. Zestimates are also handy but can vary quite a bit. Contact us if you need help-thanks!

Hi Maryjane,
You have to contact a Realtor to perform a Comparative Market Analysis for the subject property. CMA is the realtor's opinion of price based on sold homes in the neighborhood similar to the subject property. There are other factors to be considered or thrown into the equation to come up with the price opinion.
I hope this information helps.
Best. Maria. (contact information removed by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for more information)

Click the "Homes" button at the top of the page, enter your address, hit "Go" button. Add ten, or fifteen, percent to the Zestimate.
