For instance in The City Of Spencer Oklahoma while we have public schools, we also have an option ava. from our school system that allow us in the month of Jan every year for open enrollment. Meaning we can then take our children to school other than those in town to whichever schools are willing to take them. This gives greater opportunity for those students with needs for education in arts and other opportunities that may not be offered with in the local schools.
