How do we update the value of our home on Zillow?

2660 So Central Ave 32136- we now have approx. 2000 sq.ft under air, hardwood floors, granite counters, new roof (130 MPH rated) 4 mos old., new AC 6 mos old, a private backyard with inground pool and fully landscaped. We are considering selling but your website has our home listed far below it's worth. Thank you for your time and attention. Except for this, we are very pleased with your website and use it all the time.

Melissa is right, no need to worry about the price it shows now. When you choose a Realtor he or she will list it at the market rate price that the house should get. When buyers come in the home they will notice the upgrades vs other properties near by. Keep in mind Zillow estimates are just based on general home fact shared via public records, Zilliow doesn't know if the inside of the house is gold plated or looks more like it was featured on the TV show hoaders

Hi User,

When you do list the property, the listing price will override the Zestimate. The zestimate will probably change too.  Don't put too much stock in the zestimate - it is just an estimate. It can sometimes be wildly too high or too low, especially in a rapidly changing market.
