Once you've claimed your home on Zillow, you can use the "my estimate" feature to show upgrades to your home.   If you've added square feet/rooms, you can do that under "edit".  Only the latter will affect the Zestimate.

If your property is currently listed for sale there is a feature on this site which allows you to write notes. If you are simply looking at what the "zestimate" is on this site, it can be frustrating & disappointing at times because they are not using strict market data i.e., what things are truly listing for & selling for in your immediate area. They use public records such as purchase price & tax valuation which can really throw the number that you may seeing associated with your property.

If you are considering putting your property up for sale, a licensed Realtor will be able to assist you in providing you with a market analysis which should be free.

Best of luck!
