How do you calculate "zestimate"?

I just looked for my home's using zillow.com and was surprised to see that my home with about the same square footage and even more than most of the properties within the same subdivision has the lowest zestimate.! Not to mention I did lots of renovations (roofing, painting, flooring, landscaping, gate, backyard deck, kitchen). It's affecting the valuation when I apply for refinancing so it matters a lot to me.Please let me know and let's talk about it. Location: 289 Jacaranda Drive, Hayward,  CA 94544

No credible lender would ever ask you for your Zestimate. They will send a licensed appraiser to your home.

There are missing your home's Bedrooms and Bathrooms detail from Zillow's database. Open your home detail page, hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu then click on the Click home with problem, the update may effect on your property's Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months. I'm not a Zillow's employee though.
