Go to "My listings", click on the listing that you want to change the picture of, when it comes up, on the left side there is a panel that has "edit listing info"click it, on next screen page down to "Upload & edit photos of this home", you will need to delete all pictures, because if you delete the main photo it moves the next photo into 1st position, I just went through this and I had to delete and reload all my pictures. Hope this helps.
