How do you change the number of bathrooms & square feet?

I notice that it says 1.5 baths, but we have 1 full, 3/4 downstairs and 1/2 bath in Master bedroom. Also, the 1,140 is just the main floor. Do you not mention the basement if it is finished?

It most likely is pulling your sq feet from the assessors page, if you did not get a permit to finish you basement then it would not report. For your bathroom issue, if the bath is in the basement it would be the same issue. Also basement sq footage is appraised for less than your main level. Not sure why.
