How do you change the zestimate for a home value?

Hello Celiberti,

You cannot rely on zestimate. Any professional who relies on it shouldnt in the business. If you want to know an real estimate contact a local realtor or an appraisal. Our market is not driven by zestimate and it wont affect the market. Market is affected by the number of willing buyers!
