How do you change your home info if a Realtor has not released it?

Profile picture for Andrep
I originally listed my home myself because my agent was not doing her job. Since then I have fired her and got another, but it looks like the old agents office has still not released my home listing from their office. I need to know how to get this done immediately so that I can change the home listing info. Any help is appreciated.

Andrep,

Generally you need to have both parties (you and the real estate agent) sign a form called cancellation and mutual release if you terminated the contract before your listing time frame was up.  If you have troubles contact the agents broker and discuss with them your dissatisfaction in service I am sure they will be able to help!
