How do you come up with your prices? Throw a dart?

my house has the lowest value of its model. There are many models just 3,6 houses down from mine. Smaller lots , but the houses are 10-15 K more??? Hows that?

Your price range and their price range should overlap heavily. That is why ZIllow provides a range. The Zestimate is only a guesstimate number not an appraisal. You will not really know the true value of your house until you put it on the market and find a willing buyer. What Zillow has as a Zestimate high or low will have no bearing at that point.
