How do you communicate with a seller who has a "make me move" listing?

There is a house I'dl ike to see, but the owner did not leave contact information on the "make me move" listing.  What's the most appropriate way to get in touch with that person?

I'd suggest 1 of 2 courses of action:  1. Knock on their door 2. Hire an agent to do #1

If you're not already working with an agent, I'd recommend getting in touch with one that you trust through personal experience or friendly referral.

If you need further help, give me a call!

Warm Regards,

John Newman

A "Make Me Move" listing is a seller's way to make sure that the house is sold at a price that he wanted. It should be high enough to make him or her move or sell the property. I suggest that you get yourself a real estate agent so that he or she can find out the contact information of the seller. Your realtor will be the one that would talk to this person and do the necessary negotiations. Make sure you choose your agent wisely though. You have to select someone that you're comfortable with and that will keep you best interest at heart. If you have any more concerns, don't hesitate to [Content removed by Zillow Moderator. Hire an agent to search out the owner.   "Make Me Move" is really a "Make a Wish" game.   I have a house worth $450,000.  If someone will pay me $750,000 I'll be glad to move.  Does that make sense?
