How do you consider this a comparable.

You have my house at 261 Planters Row listed at a price that is surprisingly low and you use 3284 Harvest Ridge Road in Geneva as a comparable.  Yet you have my price lower than that house despite the new construction value of them at the time they were both built had mine at $150,000 MORE than that house.  I really do not understand this logic.

Have  you had a chance to read "What is a Zestimate?"  If not, stop right now and click on the link and read it carefully.  If you have already read it, click on the link and reread it carefully.    One of the things it describes as an action when first looking at Zestimates is to look at the data presented for a home.   The more data, the better Zillow can estimate.

With that in mind, look at the data for 261 Planters Row.

Is it possible that the lack of data on the beds, baths, size and lot size could be contributing to what you consider an unfair evaluation?  If so, you can claim your home and edit the home data.  Here's a link to instructions (also in the link above).
