Hello. I think that Zillow just added a way for owners to remove photos from their home page without Zillow help. There is a post here from a couple days age about it. You used to only be able to remove your own photos, but now I think as the owner you can remove any photos you don't want from your home page. Just make sure that you don't delete any you want to keep. I don't think there is any way to get them back once you delete them. Hope it helps.

Not sure what you mean by "up-grade". The photos where up loaded by the previous home owner. I don't have access to remove the photos. I believe only an associate from Zillow can remove the photos.
