At least people can put the Appraisal in the Owners comments so people can see how far off those silly Appraisers are ;)

After you've claimed your home on Zillow, you can enter the appraiser's opinion of value (with the date of the appraisal) into the section for owner's comments on the Zestimate. Zestimates are automated calculations, and not adjusted manually. If there are errors on the facts shown for your home on Zillow (bedrooms, baths, square footage, previous sales and/.or tax values), getting those corrected may affect the Zestimate.
