If the reviewer is not a client or former client (or the address mentioned is not something you know about), then click on the little flag in the corner and report it.

If you disagree with the review but it was written by a client or former client,  then the professional reviewed  can offer a rebuttal.  If you chose to do so, be extremely polite and factual.  Words such as "bogus" can come back and haunt the author.
