How do you determine the 30 day value change?

Looking at two adjacent pieces of Bountiful, Utah property, I see that 2084 S 900 E had a 30 day value change of -$5,933 and 2106 S 900 E had a 30 day value change of +6,316. Why such a major change?

This is a part of Zillow that I have never understood. You can actually have the same exact house side by side and Zillow will have 2 totally different prices and 2 totally different value changes. Also, Zillow is only as good as the information that it receives from it's user's. I always say that Zillow is good to get an idea of price ranges in a neighborhood, but when you need something more concrete you should look to the advice of a professional (ie: Appraiser of Realtor). If you have any questions on the value of a property I would be more than happy to help you out. I get calls everyday from people just wanting an idea of the value of their house.
