How do you evaluate these properties value?

According to your estimate of our property value, 4772 Soquel creek Rd. Soquel , ca 95073,  it is considerably lower than what our neighbors homes are.  Ours has always been comparable in the past markets.  The property, 4713 Soquel creek Rd. for example, has always been lower than ours. Now it's substantially higher. Our next door neighbor at 4766, also has a substantially lower value, according to Zillow.
Would you please re-evaluate and rectify this as we are concerned that this will effect us in the future.
