The market dictates the value. Meaning what similiar homes have sold for in the last 6 months should give you some idea. Look at what has sold in your area. Also, contact your local Realtor. They will be glad to get you everything you need. Thanks

Value is determined by finding similiar property, generally <1 mi away, similiar sq ft, age, style, condition, neighborhood all factor in heavily.

The easiest way to find home value is to just ask a local Realtor if they will do that for you. Most would be happy to take care of that for you. If you say that you are thinking about selling your home they will jump at the chance to help you. :)
