I am not sure what the N/A is an abbreviaton for. The best way to get pricing on foreclosures in your area is to contact an agent in your area and have them set up a gateway or email you specific properties. Just beaware that sites that post foreclosures tend to be out of date data and that you will want to contact an agent to get you accurate information.

Some of the foreclosure websites post homes that were recently foreclosed on and not yet listed. When a bank forecloses on a home it takes them a while to get it on the market and when they do they list with agents.

Ask a local Bartonville agent to give you a list.

I do not know what you mean by N/A ,but my web site lets you search for foreclosures/short sales from the MLS.
How do you find out the prices on the Foreclosure N/A properties?
