Present day mobile (manufactured) homes are pretty much worthless now that Congress passed the Clean Energy and Security Act. Sell now if you can and don't buy one anytime soon if you don't have to.

Mobile homes are a little tricky, they do not usually hold their purchase price value, you could pull comparable homes based on sq footage bedrooms and the amount of land you get with the home , but other factors such as condition and location greatly affect the price too, If I can help in anyway please call me today or email me.
