How do you find your sale data?I recently reviewed one of your postings and found one sale for $602,000 which never sold for that amount. If it was confirmed with MLS you would have seen, it only closed for $301,000. Riverside County like many counties has some problems with doc stamps. This was the case with this one. If someone was to use this they would be overstating the market for this comparable $301,000! Now that is a problem.
