How do you fix the price per sq foot if it is WRONG? It is using incorrect data and is too high.

The price per square foot is based on comps thus making your zestimate. You cannot change that.

If you are talking about the actual sq feet you can do some owner changes to adjust that until Zillow hits the County records again.

Hi!

Well if you have not claimed your house on Zillow yet you would need to do that.

Then you will be able to put all current correct information in zillow through your account to help reflect the correct pricing per zillow's calculations.

Hope this helps.

Blessings

Lori
