As the owner, you can claim your house and correct much of the information on your home page yourself. You can move your house on the map, edit square footage, change your house photo etc.
If there are errors in the home facts, you can correct them. They immediately update, but it may take another 6-8 weeks for the changes to show up in the Zestimate if they're going to. Not all changes affect your Zestimate, but typically square footage, bed/bath count and the like do.
