How do you get Zillow to fix an error? My home is listed extremely low (50%).

My home is listed 50-60% lower than my neighbors (all comparable). How can I get Zillow to fix it?

1.  Check to see if the public facts are correct on Zillow.

2.  If they are in error, claim your house andupdate the owner facts and save them.

3.  If they are in error check your tax assessor website to see if they are correct there.

4.  If they are correct on the assessors website flag them on Zillow.

5.  If they are wrong on the assessors site get them corrected there, but keep in mind it will likely raise your taxes.

Zillow is not set up for phone support, and I understand the hold time is very long.
