Zillow scrapes the housing information from other third party sites. It's likely that the former listing agent didn't even enter the listing information on the website(we rarely do) since Zillow does it on their own. Also, Zillow is notorious for being slow to show change the status of the home. I've had clients ask about homes they found on Zillow that were sold months ago. Your best option is to contact zillow support and tell them to take it down. Or try clicking on the edit button on the listing then claim this listing. If you can claim it you can delete it.
