How do you get a listing corrected?

I purchased my present home, and the listing in question, in December.  The listing services still have this property advertised for sale.  I think the agent representing the bank at the time of my purchase is using the house to sucker in prospective buyers by generating leads through my home's listing.  She's an unethical agent who has been pleaded with, warned, and challenged with legal action for felonious mischief if the listing is not corrected.  I have strangers walking my property as a result of the misrepresentation on her part.  She claims that she is not the source of the mistake, but the listing referral points to her as the source of the information.

Zillow scrapes the housing information from other third party sites. It's likely that the former listing agent didn't even enter the listing information on the website(we rarely do) since Zillow does it on their own. Also, Zillow is notorious for being slow to show change the status of the home. I've had clients ask about homes they found on Zillow that were sold months ago. Your best option is to contact zillow support and tell them to take it down. Or try clicking on the edit button on the listing then claim this listing. If you can claim it you can delete it.
