How do you get a previous owner's agent to stop using your home as an advertisement and posting pics

The previous owner's agent keeps posting photos of our home and using our home as an advertisement for their services. I keep removing the photos/commentary. I don't want photos of my home for public view. How do I get them to stop? It feels like an invasion of privacy - it is my home and they are not my agent.

I have emailed the Pristine team and asked them to stop. I"ll remove the comments and photos as well.

Please let me know if they continue to do this in the future.

Thanks to you both. They keep posting "SOLD! Offer accepted within one month. List with us!" so it's definitely not by accident ... : ) They also keep reposting pictures of my home. We closed on the home in August. I thought it would end by now. My home is not an ad.

I took your advice and sent a note to the realtors. Hopefully, this will stop.

Have you spoken to the agent?  That is the place to start.  Does the agent keep posting your house as being for sale?  Agents build data files of their listings that are uploaded into Zillow.  Sometimes they forget to remove a house from the data file.  If that is what is happening, a reminder should be enough.

If speaking to the agent does not end the matter, contact the broker (person in charge/agency owner).  If that does not work, contact your regional or state real estate agency/division to find out how to make a complaint.
