Don't rely on the zestimate to price your home or to see what it may be worth.  Zestimates don't work in TX because it's a non disclosure state.  This means that sales prices are not public records and only loan amounts are.  Since Zillow relies on public records to compute the zestimate, this skews the data for TX.

Depending what you are looking to do, ask a local Realtor to do a market analysis on your house, most of us provide this as a free service, otherwise, you can hire an appraiser that would run you about $350.

Click on the following link http://www.zillow.com , type your address in the Find homes box then hit the GO button, not all home in US have the Zestimate.
