How do you get information on Zillow corrected? Our home is for sale and the MLS # is wrong along w

Our home is for sale.  Several months ago we lowered the price and updated all of the pphotos.  Zillow still shows the old prices and pictures.  Likewise the MLS# is wrong.

The listing agent and the listing source are displayed on every listing featured on Zillow. The listing source is where the MLS # will need to be updated or corrected. You'll find the listing source displayed about 3/4 down the property detail page. See example image below:

Listing source feeds that come to Zillow are updated daily.

Most likely the link to the feed that is providing Zillow with the incorrect information can be found at the bottom of the home details page where one finds a blue hot link to the listing website.    Have you looked?  What do you see?

Zillow doesn't "pull" information from websites, but only shows information provided to Zillow.   Sometimes agents forget to to cancel listings unfortunately and that certainly mucks up the system.

If there is no hotlink at the bottom of the home details page, then hover over "edit" and chose "report problem with listing" so that Zillow customer service can look into it.

Our agent's website and the MLS website shows everything correctly.  Only Zillow has it wrong.  Likewise, she is extremely frustrated with Zillow because she does not know how the information got their to begin with, except that Zillow gets data feeds from somewhere and she says she has tried many things to contact Zillow to fix this and many other issues she has encountered.  So, she is not the one that is lazy, sloppy and has done a bad job.  In fact she is great.

You contact your agent (or the agent/website indicated at the bottom of the home details page)

If your agent (or another agent) posted it wrong, they need to correct it.  Most of the listings on Zillow are syndicated from other websites.  Many agents are lazy and post wrong info, or don't fix or delete their listings.
