Zestimate is done electronically based on comps Sold Homes in your neighborhood.
This means you have to hope the neighborhood does better.  Foreclosures will keep dropping the price of your home as they sell for less.  Soon it will be over with and things will look up.  As homes sell for more your home will go up on on the z estimate.

Claim the home and make sure the home facts and complete and accurate.  Should these affect the Zestimate, it will take a couple of months to full reflect the changes

Add comments with CMA values and/or appraiser numbers in the "owner's comments" section (make sure you put a date on these values).
