If the house is for sale, the seller may have instructed the listing agent to reduce the price every other day until a buyer is found. If it is Zillow that is changing the zestimate, be advised that Texas is a non-disclosure state. That means that the sales price of homes is NOT public record and Zillow estimates are just that. Estimates. If you want a comparative market analysis, contact a real estate agent who DOES have access to completed sales information.
