Hi THE YOUNG TEAM -

Homes that have the "Featured" tag on them are listings that were applied through an advertisement program with one of our partner newspapers. When an agent, broker, or a homeowner buys an advertisement with their local paper, they will have the option to buy a "featured listing" on Zillow in the same phone call. This is to give further exposure to their listing, greatly increasing it's marketability.

Thank you.
