You can post it in the remarks about the house---but the bigger question is why do you want to post this---are you still showing the house? And, by pending do you mean you are UNDER CONTRACT? If you are UNDER CONTRACT, then you can add it to your remarks about the house--just log in and edit the remarks. But, why would you want to do this---you can still get additional buyers---
