How disconcerting. Here are a couple of approaches depending on the situation:
If your home is showing with a Zestimate and grey icon, but a description below the aerial view suggesting foreclosure, then you can claim your home on Zillow and edit the description. (Don't leave the description totally blank because it won't save).
If your home is showing with a red house icon suggesting it will be for sale as a foreclosure, then scroll to the button of the home details page and look for the listing website feeding the erroneous information to Zillow. Contact the source and ask them to remove it immediately.
