How do you save new posting after editing all photos and information?

I have uploaded pictures and rearranged them and input information for each catagory and nothing is being saved when I continue to billing and review.  There does not appear to be a SAVE button anywhere.

"continue" saves the edits if you've not bumped into the "timeout" of 15 minutes.  Even if you've paid and decide to rearrange photos the next day (or week), it can be done easily.
