Hi Tierney -
The option to send the listing reports directly to clients is only available for premier agents. However, you can set them up for home value report for them to receive Property Alert e-mails about the home as soon as any changes are detected. You can go to the home details page and hover over the "E-mail" option and click on "Get home value report", you can enter the client's email address to the email address box.
