Congratulations on your sale.
The answer depends on how it was listed. If directly on Zillow, go to your listings (under "my Zillow") and chose sold. If on poslets (or other feed), change the status on the feed.
Eventually the public record information will get picked up and show the sales price. I've seen it in as little as 10 calendar days (for a neighbor) and as long as 9 months.

Congratulations on the sale of your home! You can change the settings on the feeds for all of your accounts, that may help the process go a little quicker... I hope this helps & you aren't bothered for too much longer with this!

Thank you for your kind advice. I did list directly on Zillow however Zillow feeds to Twitter, Facebook, etc., which is a good thing and one would assume that once the status is changed to SOLD on Zillow it will feed to other site. I have been warned that that does not happen.

You might enter the listing on Zillow with a note that says, "For Sale By Owner". Then change the listing status to sold with a note that says "For Statistical Purposes" and a note that says, "Sold For Sale By Owner". I think it's $39.95 to list your home for sale on Zillow.

This must be a trick question. We all know that FSBOs don't sell. :-)
Once the sale has been recorded, it will eventually be picked up by Zillow from public records.

How do you show that an FSBO has been sold if you do not have an agent?
