If a property is listed for sale then any agent would be able to contact the Listing agent or the seller on your behalf.  I would suggest you to use an agent you can trust.  If you don't know any Real Estate agents then feel free to contact me and I will assist you.

If a house is listed for sale on Zillow, you can find the contact information for the listing party on the bottom of the home details page.  

If the house is listed by an agent, you may find using a buyer's agent is to your benefit as the commission rate has already been agreed upon between the seller and selling agent.
