How do you suggest I value compare manufactured homes in King county Seattle?

If you were my client, I would evaluate all recent activity in the market including sales of manufactured homes within a certain area around your home...depending on where your home is located that range my be many miles.  I have sold manufactured homes and would be happy to assist further.
