How do you supply information about remodeling to increase the value of the home?

We bought our house in 2004 for $232,000.00  After extensive remodeling projects including 4 seasons Sun Room addition, addition of custom pool resurfacing, upgraded pool equipment, complete custom paving including driveway, front sidewalk, and back pool deck area, addition of custom pergola with $10,000.00 seven person Vita Spa hot tub, complete replumbing including feeder lines from street, complete electrical upgrade  including lightning arrestor at the main box, rug upgrades on three rooms including two other rooms with wood flooring upgrade, addition of crown moulding through much of the house, repainting inside and out, remodeling and enlarging of master bedroom, new garage door and opener with repainting of popcorn ceiling, remodeling of kitchen with all new appliances, custom landscaping with addition of palms and bouganvilla, outdoor lighting, modification of in ground sprinkler system with new well-the house was professionally appraised at $410,000.00 in 2007. Now, the zillow value lists it's value at $243,000.00 which, in my opinion, doesn't relect the upgrades.  How do I add the upgrades so the true value of the house can be seen online? There was a site I had used recently, but can't seem to relocate it. This site had a way to add the additions including the cost of the projects and it would adjust the value of the house. Any help most appreciated. Working with the bank on loan modification and the true value of the house would be helpful.

The true value of the improvements and upgrades may be reflected in the overall value of the home, relative to other homes in your area, specifically those that have sold recently, therefore leaving a paper trail. Real estate agents often will work with you to create a range of value, even if you are not intending to sell immediately. They would guage how similar your home is to others, and make adjustments based on differences, not unlike an appraiser. Unfortunately it's not as simple as taking the amount you purchased a house for, plus what you have spent in improvements.
Good luck!
