Step 1:  Claim your home.

Step 2:  edit home facts.

Only a few types of changes will affect the Zestimate.  Some of these may be increase of square footage, increase in lot size, increase in room numbers.   Should the changes affect the Zestimate, it takes approx 8 weeks to fully reflect in the Zestimate.
