I am not sure I understand your question. If the question is how is the zestimate calculated, then the answer is - it is an algorithm or mathematical formula/calculation of available public information on sales, square footage, amenities, etc.  Zillow can be accurate in some cases, however it can be flawed, as it is only meant to be a quick guide to value.
