How does Zillow arrive at its Zestimates?

My property is listed twice on Zillow - side by side.   The first link - Zestimate is $286,017 (consistent with like houses in the neighborhood and Zestimate value for past 12 months).   The second link - Zestimate is $152,991.   Not sure how Zillow arrived at a figure that is moire than $100,000 under value as determined by Zillow.

The second one is likely to be missing the tax assessment and sales history, so are using different facts for the calculations.    You can report the duplicate to Zillow so they delete it.

Here's "What is a Zestimate?" describing some of the factors used in the calculations.
