I would think they get their info straight off the MLS. How does your agent have it listed? Some SFR's are considered condo's because of the lot size, or what is know as a zero lot line. If the county accessor states the home is a condo that is what the agent will input on the MLS.
As far as Zillow's value it should not be used as anything more than a rough estimate. I spent 3 years as a mortgage underwriter and we did not use Zillow values because they were not accurate.

I would think that your house being listed as a condo would affect your Zestimate so I would get that fixed if possible. You can claim your house so Zillow knows you are the owner with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo and then use the same "edit" menu to "report problem with listing".
As the owner, you can edit a lot of information, but I am not sure if you can edit the property type so I would see if Zillow can help.

How does Zillow get it's info? It showed my house as a condo and the price is way off
