I hope you didn't pay 39.99 per month for worthless info that serves buyers no purpose except to go on a wild goose chase.  You need a Realtor who can actually help you put an offer on a "bank owned" home that is currently available and that you can actually buy!!!

There are no properties that match this scant description on MLS. There was a three bedroom in foreclosure but that sale closed last year. Another example of the worthless information on foreclosure.com
