How does one get zillow to reasses a homes value because your info on mine old and way wrong

My home burnt down about a year and a half ago and I've since had a new one built, which would obviously increase the value. Also it's no longer 2 bedroom. now its 3.

Zillow should pick up the new information from your assessor's office, but you can claim your home and edit the facts to more accurately reflect your current house including adding the extra bedroom.

The option to claim is on your home page in the yellow pencil "edit" menu. Then you will have the option to "edit home facts". The change to your home page is immediate, but it the additional facts affect your Zestimate (additional bedrooms often do) it takes 4-6 weeks from what I read.
