ZILLOW DOES NOT HAVE REAL DATA ON SALES!! Sorry I had to raise my voice in protest. Texas is a private state and Zillow does not have the right or authority to give sold data. SO it relies on CRAP DATA (mostly tax data). Garbage In Garbage Out.
If you want REAL DATA, REAL ACCURATE data consult a REALTOR, not an agent. Most of us are nice enough to provide you with a free report or 2.
