I guess I'm not seeing it in the comparable recent sales that pop up next to your listing.  It shows houses that are bigger in size (2200-2400sq ft) and sold for under $300,000 in Delafield.  And isn't this considered Waukesha?  That's the address you have listed.  Do you have an appraisal?

Our home is on 2.35 acres in the Town of Delafield.  The house has been completely updated (see home info listed). Other MLS listings in the Delafield area range from $299,999 to 499,900.
The home is priced fairly for the updates, acreage and location.
