How houses are valued for zestimate

My house at 2500 sq ft, pool, fully landscaped, total updated has a Zestimate of 462k, the house next door, same size w/pool, no updates , no landscaping since built in early 60's has a zestimate of 519k. Makes no sense. Trying to sell; need an accurate zestimate. How do I go about getting one? Zip 91784

I do not believe that zestimate's are tailored to each individual home as professional CMA's by Licensed Realtors(r) are.  Consult your local real estate professional for more information on your homes value.
