There's business here to get. You just have to work the system to pull them to you. The more you are involved, the higher to rank. I've gotten business and believe I will continue to do so.

There is no way to tell how many good leads you will get. It is best to stay active on all of the "main player" websites - Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com.
Most people find it helpful to have their own content-rich website. It provides credibility and gives you the freedom and creative power to highlight your points of difference.

Zillow should not be your only online marketing site. Consider Trulia, Realtor.com and your own website that should have IDX and relevant information.
I get a number of leads from Zillow but typically not very qualified or low budgets.
People have high expectations, and don't understand why there are so when you tell them only a small perentage of the listed properties are actually available.
They think just because it's on Zillow, it's available for purchase, not realizing it can be in contract or pending but still shows active in Zillow.
I like Zillow for the recommendations. Getting buyers/sellers to provide recommendations and testimonials is really key to success.
Good luck.

How important is Zillow in your marketing plan. What percentage of leads become actual clients. Zill
